Bula and vinaka for taking the time to look at our website. We specialise in catering for expatriate and diplomatic accommodation needs and have been operating for over 10 years in this capacity.

379 Waimanu Road is located just minutes from central Suva on a main thoroughfare and bus route. We have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom fully furnished executive apartments with panoramic mountain and harbour views. All our apartments are air conditioned and have the usual kitchen, laundry and electrical appliances such as TV, cooking appliances and whiteware. A sky antenna has been installed and is available to residents to utilise. The apartments are serviced daily and a laundry service is also available. The compound is fully fenced with access through an automatic gate and has  secure car parking. A security guard monitors your residence after hours. Residents share a private swimming pool, barbecue area and outdoor bure bar complete with viewing deck. The pool and deck areas are ideal for entertaining and enjoy a private setting with beautiful views of Suva Harbour and the mountains overlooking Suva.

We specialise in meeting the needs of long term expatriate and diplomatic clients. With only 5 apartments in the complex you will experience a discrete and relaxing environment which is hidden from the proximity of downtown Suva. Prices range from FJ$2000.00 - $2800.00 per month but may vary for tenancy arrangements longer than one year.
